At Khartes Diaries by Iris Image Studio, we respect your privacy. We only collect the information you voluntarily provide through our contact/booking forms (name, phone number, email, and service preference). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, confirm bookings, and provide the best possible service. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties. Photographs are stored securely and are only used for editing, album creation, and (with your written permission) for portfolio display. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Khartes Diaries, you agree to these terms. All sessions require a 50% non-refundable advance payment to confirm the date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Rescheduling is allowed once (free of charge) with at least 7 days’ notice. We reserve the right to use selected images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless a written non-disclosure request is received before the session.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 7 days before the shoot: 50% of the advance is refunded.
Cancellation within 7 days: Advance payment is non-refundable (slot is reserved exclusively).
No refund after the shoot is completed.
In case we are unable to conduct the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Booking Policy

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your slot.
Dates are confirmed only after payment is received.
Session duration and deliverables are as per the selected package.
Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions; alternate dates will be provided if needed.

Client Data & Image Safety

Your personal information and photographs are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Images are stored on encrypted drives and backed up securely. We never share your photos without explicit written consent. You receive full personal usage rights for the delivered images (printing, sharing with family, social media). Commercial usage rights remain with Khartes Diaries.

Disclaimer

While we take every precaution for the safety and comfort of newborns and expectant mothers, photography sessions involve inherent risks (posing, lighting, props). Khartes Diaries follows internationally certified safe posing guidelines. Parents are present at all times and have the final say in every pose. We are not liable for natural baby behaviour (crying, feeding needs, etc.) that may affect the session flow.

Copyright Notice

All photographs produced by Khartes Diaries by Iris Image Studio are protected by copyright. Clients receive personal print and sharing rights. Reproduction for commercial purposes, resale, or entry into competitions requires written permission from the studio.
